The current recruitment drive covers three distinct categories of positions at the Mumbai campus:

• Assistant Professor (Ratan Tata School of Analytics): 02 Posts
• Senior Administrative Assistant (Academic): 02 Posts
• Administrative Assistant (Academic/Admission): 04 Posts
• Consultant – Infrastructure Development and Support: 01 Post

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Assistant Professor role must hold a Master’s degree with 55% marks in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Statistics, along with NET/SLET/SET or a Ph.D.

For Administrative Assistant roles, applicants require a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline, a minimum English typing speed of 30 w.p.m., and relevant secretarial experience ranging from one to five years in HR, Finance, or Academic administration. The Consultant position requires a degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification with substantial professional experience.

Age Limit & Relaxation

• Senior Administrative Assistant: Maximum 40 years as of 31st August 2026.
• Administrative Assistant: Maximum 35 years as of 31st August 2026.
• Consultant: Maximum 65 years.
• Age relaxation is provided for SC/ST (5 years) and OBC (3 years) candidates as per government norms.

Application Fee

• Assistant Professor: Rs. 1000/- (Others), Rs. 250/- (SC/ST/PWD).
• Administrative Assistant: Rs. 500/- (Others), Rs. 125/- (SC/ST/PWD).

Salary & Pay Scale

• Assistant Professor: Rs. 57,700/- (Academic Pay Level 10).
• Senior Administrative Assistant: Rs. 35,000/- per month.
• Administrative Assistant: Rs. 25,000/- per month.
• Consultant: Rs. 1,00,000/- per month.

Selection Process

Selection for these positions will be based on document verification and a performance-based interview. For administrative roles, a skill test may also be conducted to assess typing and secretarial proficiency.
