Manager and Assistant Manager Vacancy Details

TISS Mumbai is seeking dedicated professionals for two key roles within its Resource Mobilization department. The positions are:

  • Manager – Resource Mobilization [Fund Raiser (Senior)]: 01 Post
  • Assistant Manager – Resource Mobilization [Fund Raiser (Junior)]: 01 Post

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Senior Manager role should possess a Master’s degree in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Economics, Media, or Communications. A professional fundraising certification like CFRE is considered an added advantage. For the Assistant Manager position, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the aforementioned fields is required, along with relevant professional experience.

Age Limit & Relaxation

Applicants must be a maximum of 50 years old as of 30th June 2026. Age relaxation is provided as per government norms, with 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Application Fee

The application fee is set at Rs. 500/- for general candidates. A reduced fee of Rs. 125/- is applicable for SC, ST, and PWD candidates.

Salary & Pay Scale

  • Manager (Senior): Rs. 1,50,000/- per month.
