Eligibility Criteria
For Assistant and UDC posts (Post 1, 3, 5), candidates must hold a graduation degree with at least 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale. Proficiency in computer usage is mandatory for all applicants.
For Junior Personal Assistant and Stenographer roles (Post 2, 4, 6), the requirement is either a graduation degree (60% marks) or a Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with 60% marks plus one year of experience as a Steno-Typist. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a minimum speed of 60 w.p.m. in English shorthand.
Age Limit & Relaxation
The upper age limit for General/UR candidates is 28 years as of 16 August 2026. OBC candidates are eligible for an age limit of 31 years, while SC/ST candidates can apply up to 33 years. Age relaxation is also provided for Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, and other categories as per Government of India norms.
Application Fee
All candidates must pay an initial processing fee of Rs. 500. The actual application fee is Rs. 100. For exempted categories (Women, SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen) who appear for the written test, the full Rs. 500 will be refunded. Other candidates appearing for the test will receive a refund of Rs. 400.
Salary & Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be placed in Level 4 of the Pay Matrix, starting with a basic pay of Rs. 25,500 per month. Additional benefits include Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, medical facilities, and Leave Travel Concession (LTC).
