Graduate Apprentice Vacancy Details

HPCL has released a total of 358 vacancies for the Graduate Apprentice (Engineering) role. Out of these, 64 positions are specifically allocated for candidates in Maharashtra. The recruitment covers four core engineering streams: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold an Engineering degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation. Only those who completed their graduation on or after 01-09-2023 are eligible to apply. Candidates must have secured at least 60% aggregate marks (for UR/OBC-NC) or 50% aggregate marks (for SC/ST/PwBD) in their qualifying examination.

Age Limit & Relaxation

Candidates must be between 18 and 25 years of age as of 31-07-2026. Age relaxation is provided as per government norms: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NC, and 10 years for PwBD candidates.

Salary & Pay Scale

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000. This amount comprises Rs. 20,500 paid by HPCL and Rs. 4,500 provided by the Government of India under the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme.
