DRDO DYSL-QT Vacancy Details

The current recruitment drive covers two distinct research roles at the Pune facility:

  • Junior Research Fellowship (JRF): 02 Vacancies
  • Research Associate (RA): 01 Vacancy

Eligibility Criteria

For JRF: Candidates must hold a BE/B.Tech degree in ECE, ETE, EIE, EEE, or Electrical Engineering in the 1st Division with a valid NET/GATE qualification. Alternatively, candidates with an ME/M.Tech in the same disciplines with specialization in VLSI Design, Embedded Systems, or Digital Signal Processing are eligible.

For RA: Applicants must possess a Ph.D. in Physics or related disciplines. Candidates with a Master’s degree (M.S./M.Sc./M.E./M.Tech) accompanied by 3 years of research, teaching, or design experience and at least one published paper in an SCI journal are also eligible.

Age Limit & Relaxation

  • JRF: Maximum 28 years as of the last date of application.
  • RA: Maximum 35 years.
  • Relaxation: Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, and OBC (NCL) candidates as per Government of India rules (5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC).
