DRDO DYSL-QT JRF (Electronics) Vacancy Details

The recruitment drive aims to fill 2 positions for the Junior Research Fellow (Electronics) role. These vacancies are strictly contractual and are intended for candidates who demonstrate high academic merit and technical proficiency in the specified engineering disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold a B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. It is mandatory to have electives covering VLSI Design, Embedded Systems, or Digital Signal Processing in the 1st Division. Additionally, a valid NET or GATE qualification is required. For M.E/M.Tech candidates, a 1st Division at both the graduate and postgraduate levels is essential.

Age Limit & Relaxation

The maximum age limit for applicants is 28 years. Age relaxation for candidates belonging to SC, ST, and OBC (NCL) categories will be provided in accordance with the prevailing Government of India rules.

Salary & Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be entitled to a monthly stipend of Rs. 37,000. In addition to the base stipend, House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be provided as per the existing government norms.
